Important! New Dismissal Management System Launches Today

This is just a reminder that Phase 1 of School Dismissal Manager (SDM), our new online school dismissal system, launches next Monday, April 22! If you missed our email introducing SDM and outlining the phases for introduction to the school, you can read it here.

What to Expect on Monday, April 22

Parents and legal guardians (as listed in Infinite Campus) will receive an email from the School Dismissal Manager system with login credentials and instructions for setting up. Parents should follow those instructions as soon as possible. We need everyone to be set up by the launch date for Phase 2 on May 6! If you have questions, please contact the operations team. The From will be the name of your campus (Castle Pines, Lincoln Meadows, or Motsenbocker) but the email address will be from

Once we launch Phase 1 of SDM on Monday, parents will be able to log in and:
  • Establish a default dismissal status for students (e.g. carpool, walker, Homework Club).

  • Report student absences.

  • Report late student arrivals.

  • Notify the school of changes to default student dismissal status (ECA's, early dismissals for doctor appointments, etc.).

  • Notify the school of same-day dismissal changes until 2:45 pm (system cut-off).
