Trip Registration Volunteer Training

Thank you for volunteering to help examine and "approve" registration paperwork for our STEM Trips! We have recently revamped our process, and literally could not do it this way without you!
WHAT - STEM Trip Registration Paperwork Collection. Parents will progress through each station as they walk down the main hallway from the front office, into the library, and out the door.

WHEN/WHERE - Please be at your station by 4:15 pm to be sure you have all needed supplies ahead of our first parents' arrival!
  • March 11, CP/MB campuses, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, 7th grade CIMI trip
  • March 25, MB campus only, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, 7th grade CIMI trip
  • April 15, campus TBD, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, 6th grade Olympic trip
  • April 27, campus TBD, 4:30 - 6:00 pm, 6th grade Olympic trip
WHY - We have consistently had problems getting correctly completed paperwork from parents about their students ahead of our STEM Trips. In order to streamline the process and eliminate many of the typical "problem areas," we decided to only allow parents to submit registration paperwork at one of two in-person meetings. Parents will wait in line and progress through 5 stations to get their paperwork carefully examined, approved, submitted, and then pay the down payment for registration.
HOW - Based on which station you will be helping with, there are different instructions you will need. You should have a volunteer assignment from Chris Todd. Please click on the appropriate station below to access detailed instructions.
