American Academy

College Planning 25% Off & Info Meeting Offered by Class 101 Douglas County, CO

When our children reach the momentous ages of 4 and 5, we, as parents, start researching, visiting, and attending information sessions, hoping to choose the elementary school that meets our goals for our children and will offer them the best opportunities possible in their early years of life and education.

Like you, I chose American Academy because it was the best choice for my daughter. Now, nine years later, I find myself in a similar situation - walking the halls of high schools throughout Douglas County, CO in the hopes of finding the right school. With my teenager’s opinions and goals influencing the final decision, we have selected the right place for her again. Over the next 4 years, she and her classmates will grow from tweens to young adults, looking to their futures and what college to attend.

However, the journey to college is not quite the same. It now takes all 4 years of high school to prepare. That is why here at Class 101 Douglas County, CO, we break down the process of preparing for college by keeping it manageable and enjoyable. Starting in 7th grade and continuing into 8th grade we walk students through the transition to high school. Then we focus on resume building, choosing the right classes, developing a college list, visiting campuses, PSAT/ACT/SAT test prep, essay writing, application/deadline management, scholarships, financial aid, and ultimately their transition to college. Our process is about empowering students, serving families, and inspiring greatness.  It’s not just about getting into college, it’s about helping students find their future.

Class 101 Douglas County, CO has helped over 100 students and families throughout the south Denver metro area find the right fit college and save thousands on the cost of college. Our students have attended colleges ranging from Colorado State University, University of Colorado – Boulder, Colorado School of Mines, to Stanford, Harvard, Georgetown, and West Point; they’ve been signed with D1 & D2 sports teams and competitive performing arts programs. They have earned over $20,000,000 in merit scholarships and have a 100% college graduation rate.
