Dennis Uniform (DENNIS) is one of American Academy's approved uniform item vendor (along with School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger). All uniform clothing items MUST be from Dennis Uniform or School Uniforms by Tommy Hilfiger. Parents can visit the Dennis Uniform website and purchase new uniform items anytime throughout the school year. Parents may also visit the Lone Tree, CO, Dennis Uniform store in person any time to ask questions and to try on and purchase new uniform items. The Dennis Uniform store representatives know our Student Uniform Policy well and will be able to answer your questions.

White text on a blurred background image of clothing hangersDENNIS has a Quick Return process for any uniform item "in original condition that is still current on your school's uniform program, within 30 days." What does original condition mean? While DENNIS can't take back every item for every reason, they're pretty generous -- DENNIS guarantees their clothing "against normal wear and tear for one calendar year from the time of purchase" and "manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the garment." Quick Returns are easy and faster because they are processed through our local store in Lone Tree. Visit the store with your return items and questions or just jump online to make a Quick Return.
 
 
 
How Quick Returns work
Use our online Quick Return system to easily process simple returns or exchanges!
  • Don’t need it? Return it for a refund.
  • Doesn’t fit? Exchange it for a different size.
  • Problem with your item? Replace it with another of the same item.
Click Quick Return, then follow the steps. You’ll be instructed to package your return items and do one of the following:
  • Purchase a UPS return shipping label for a flat fee of $6.50 (plus applicable tax).
  • Print an address label and mail or ship using a service of your choice.
After we receive your return items, replacements for items exchanged will ship to you free of charge. Your refund, exchange or balance due will be processed upon receipt of the items.

 

Frequently Asked Returns Questions

What is your product guarantee?
DENNIS products are guaranteed against normal wear and tear for one calendar year from the time of purchase. DENNIS products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for the life of the garment.
 
What is your return/exchange policy?
We are happy to exchange any item in its original condition that is still current on your school’s uniform program. For a refund or store credit, return your item with your receipt within 180 days. We regret that we cannot accept returns on special ordered items or items marked “While Supplies Last,” which are final sale.
 
Who pays for the return shipping of an item to DENNIS?
When you process your return or exchange online you will be prompted to purchase a UPS return shipping label to return your items to us, or to ship them yourself using a service of your choice. After we receive your return items, replacements for items exchanged will ship to you free of charge.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Return credit will be issued to the credit card used for your original purchase. Exchange items whose value exceeds the amount of your refund will be billed to your credit card. For items purchased with cash, scrip, check or gift certificates, and for items purchased in a DENNIS retail store, a DENNIS refund check will be issued. Allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and up to 15 business days for a refund check to be mailed out.
 
How long will it take for me to receive an exchanged item?
Depending on stock availability, it can take up to 15 business days after we receive your return items for your replacements to arrive.
