Important Registration for AA Students: DCSD K-8 “Express Check-In” - July 24 - 31

All American Academy families with students (new and returning) who'll be in grades K through 8 in the coming year must complete TWO registration events annually. These events are required in order to secure your K-8 student's spot at American Academy for the coming school year. KindiePrep, our preschool program, is NOT included in these events and will have their own registration event in August.

Registration #1: Already completed by families in April of the past school year.

  • Complete Express Check-In Here!
  • The login process for accessing the EngagED Parent Portal has recently changed. Parents/guardians must now add @p.dcsdk12.org after their current username when logging into the EngagED Parent Portal. You will pair your Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and @p.dcsdk12.org. For example, if your Infinite Campus username is jsmith, you will enter [email protected] as your email address on the login screen. Your password is the same one you use for accessing Infinite Campus. The Infinite Campus Parent Portal username and password have not changed. EngagED Parent Portal login is IC [email protected] and IC Parent Portal password.
  • Update student Health Information (allergies, medications, conditions, etc.).
  • Update student Media Limitations.
  • Pay annual Student Fees (the MySchoolBucks application is used to make online payments for student fees).
  • Review district-required information.
  • To make changes to your student’s household and emergency contact information (address changes, emergency contact changes/additions), please submit your request using our Contact an American Academy Registrar form.
