To support continued academic growth, all students have summer assignments in key subject areas. These include reading (grades K–8), math (grades K–8), and history (grades 6–8). Below, you'll find details and instructions for each subject area. Summer Reading (grades K–8):
All incoming elementary and middle school students have summer reading assignments. To view your student’s reading requirements, click on the campus link to the right and scroll down to the appropriate grade level.
Summer Math (grades K–8):
Teachers and principals agree that practicing math facts over the summer is essential for building confidence and maintaining academic progress. Please complete the summer math assignments for your student’s grade level.
Summer History (grades 6–8):
All incoming middle school students have summer history assignments. Students should be prepared to review this material and take assessments at the start of the school year.
