We’ve made a small update to our staff directory on the American Academy website to help reduce spam and better protect staff email accounts.
When you click “Email [Staff Member Name],” your message will now be sent through a secure contact form rather than displaying a direct email address. This helps prevent automated systems from collecting staff emails and reduces unwanted spam.
As part of this process, you’ll be asked to complete a quick identity verification (using a Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, or Facebook account) before submitting your message.
Once submitted, your message will be delivered directly to the staff member, who will reply to you via email as usual.
