ALL extracurricular activities (ECAs) must be paid for with a credit or debit card through the American Academy School Store. Because our teachers determine the financial feasibility of running their ECAs by the number of students registered, registration fees for ECAs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Activities Late Pick-up
Parents are expected to pick up students from all extracurricular activities on time. Please be respectful of teacher/instructor time and their families, and make sure to pick your students up from their ECA's on time!
Students not picked up promptly will be sent to Crash Club (if in session), and parents will be charged at the current Crash Club tuition rate. Students must be picked up from Crash Club by 6:00 p.m. or a late fee of $15.00 will apply.
If a student is picked up more than 10 minutes late—whether from Crash Club or another activity when Crash Club is unavailable—a $50.00 flat late fee will be charged. In serious cases, the school may notify law enforcement and/or Douglas County Health and Human Services.
All late fees will be charged to the credit card used during initial registration within 24 business hours. Repeated late pickups or unpaid fees may result in the student’s disqualification from all American Academy extracurricular activities.
