The American Academy IT Department is available to support students with One2One laptops via email. We also offer personal one-on-one support during school hours. If your student is experiencing issues with a One2One laptop, please email the
IT Department.
Setup Student Email on a Mobile Device
Student email accounts can be setup on any mobile device such as a Smart Phone or Tablet.
iOS Devices (iPhone, iPad)1. Go to the
SETTINGS icon.
2. Click on
ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS.
3. Click on
ADD ACCOUNT.
4. Click
EXCHANGE.
5. Enter the
student’s American Academy email address [email protected]
6. Enter the student’s password
7. In the Description field, enter "AA."
