Summer 2025
Kindergarten:
- Recognize and name numbers 1-10.
- Introduce numbers 11-20 as more than 10.
1st Grade:
- Continue fluency of addition facts 0-10.
2nd Grade:
- Continue fluency of addition and subtraction facts 10-12.
- Challenge student with multiplication facts with 1’s, 2’s, 5’s and 10’s.
- Practice counting a mix of coins (quarters,dimes, nickels, pennies)
- Practice skip counting fluency:
- Count by 2's from 2-100
- Count by 5's from 5-100
- Count by 10's from 10-200
- Count by 100's from 100-1000
3rd Grade Math:
- Master fluency of addition and subtraction facts 0-12. Student will have timed tests starting as soon as we return to school in the fall.
- Begin multiplication and division facts with 1’s, 2’s, 5’s and 10’s, challenge student to 3’s, 4’s, and 6’s.
- Place Value 1’s, 10’s 100’s, 1,000
- Time to the hour and half hour on an analog clock
4th Grade:
- Master fluency of multiplication and division facts 0-12. Student will have timed tests starting as soon as we return to school in the fall.
- Double- and triple-digit addition and subtraction skills using regrouping.
5th Grade:
- Practice multiplication and division facts 6-12. Student will have timed tests starting as soon as we return to school in the fall.
