Carpool process is SLOWED BUT CONTINUES. All K-8 students will go outside to meet cars. ALL after-school activities (INSIDE and OUTSIDE) will continue as usual, including KindiePrep ExtraCare. Walkers will be dismissed as usual. KindiePrep students must be picked up as usual.
When We Use It
May be used in the following circumstances (at the discretion of administration):
Significantly decreased number of students at school
Carpool system is down or internet is down in good weather
How It Works
Because an All Call is not an emergency, no notifications will be sent.
Students are released from classrooms via an All Call over the school PA system and exit from the student doors as usual to line up outside on the sidewalk in the cone zone.
Students meet their cars as the cars pull forward into the cone zone.
