During an All-Call, the carpool process continues but may be slower than usual.
All K–8 students will go outside to meet their cars.
All after-school activities, both inside and outside, will continue as scheduled — including KindiePrep ExtraCare.
Walkers will be dismissed as usual.
KindiePrep students must be picked up in person as usual.
An All-Call may be used at the discretion of administration in the following circumstances:
When there is a significantly decreased number of students at school.
When the carpool system or internet is temporarily down, but weather conditions are good.
Because an All-Call is not an emergency, no notifications will be sent to families.
An All-Call announcement is made over the school PA system.
Students are released from classrooms and exit through their usual student doors.
Students line up on the sidewalk in the cone zone and wait for their cars.
Cars move through the cone zone as usual, and students are dismissed directly to their vehicles.
