K-8 All Call

During an All-Call, the carpool process continues but may be slower than usual.

  • All K–8 students will go outside to meet their cars.

  • All after-school activities, both inside and outside, will continue as scheduled — including KindiePrep ExtraCare.

  • Walkers will be dismissed as usual.

  • KindiePrep students must be picked up in person as usual.

When We Use It

An All-Call may be used at the discretion of administration in the following circumstances:

  • When there is a significantly decreased number of students at school.

  • When the carpool system or internet is temporarily down, but weather conditions are good.

How It Works

Because an All-Call is not an emergency, no notifications will be sent to families.

  • An All-Call announcement is made over the school PA system.

  • Students are released from classrooms and exit through their usual student doors.

  • Students line up on the sidewalk in the cone zone and wait for their cars.

  • Cars move through the cone zone as usual, and students are dismissed directly to their vehicles.
